ABOUT ME
PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE
I am a motion graphics artist, director, and cinematographer working with cinema-grade cameras and established post-production tools. My work spans three interconnected areas: motion graphics, filmed content, and hybrid projects that bring the two together. A foundation in traditional craft—lighting, digital cinematography, animation, compositing, and editorial control—underpins everything I make, from simple stings to full campaign pieces.
Alongside these methods, I integrate AI tools such as MidJourney, Runway, and Topaz when they meaningfully enhance the process. They are used selectively and pragmatically—only where they speed up workflow, increase creative scope, or allow more ambitious results within tighter budgets. AI is not a replacement for traditional craft, but an additional option within a broader toolkit.
With over two decades of professional experience across production, post-production, and advertising, I approach filmmaking as a process of construction rather than documentation. My dramatic work has screened internationally, and I stay connected with current practice by attending festivals such as as Cannes, FrightFest , and Raindance . I also teach directing and visual storytelling in workshops and was formerly the Programme Leader for the BA (Hons) pathway at Raindance, one of the UK’s leading independent film schools.
I handle every stage of production—from scripting and directing to shooting, editing, grading, and motion design. My portfolio includes festival-winning short films, installations, app demos, corporate presentations, virals, and broadcast work, unified by a commitment to clarity, craft, and story. I am currently working on my first feature film, Genesis.
